Q:How long is shipping?
A: Our standard shipping is 5-8 business days. This does not included weekends and holidays. Orders may take 1-2 business day to process. Tracking numbers are emailed as soon as the the orders are processed. At this time there is no option for expedited shipping.Our production process is optimized to create and ship directly to consumer, streaminglining the production process. This also helps to reduce cost associated with overhead, fraudulent purchases/theft, and a unsatisfactory customer experience.
Q: Are the products true to size?
A: Sizes vary by item. Most products are true to size. If we feel sizes should be increased we suggest in the listing. Depending on the desire "look" of the purchaser, they may wish to purchase a size or two up. Generally, for a "Baggy" style look, one size up is ok. Most items have the size dimensions in the description to assist with sizing. These figures are given in centimetres(cm) which are the global standard unit of measurement.
Q: Do you offer refunds?
A: Returns must be initiated with 14 days of receipts of item. Valid returns with no damage and original packaging will be refunded the full amount in the original form of payment. After 15 we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We will ask for photos of defective merchandise and final pictures of item in shipping container. Refunds/Store credit will be issued once staff has verified shipping instructions are complete with documented photos. Please email email@example.com to initiate your return.
